do they have laws on public discrimination like they do for employment discrimination?
My children were denied to use the customer restroom after we paid for gas, they posted the close sign and locked the door and as we were leaving a women and child got out of their car and knocked on the glass door and asked to use the facility and they opend the door and let them use the restroom. What's wrong with this picture? two different colors, same situation and I was a paying customer and she wasen't
There's not a law, but that's a public relations nightmare. You need to report it to the headquarters of the company. If they refuse to do something about it, then take your story to the media. Seriously. If you can't press charges, then hit them where it hurts.

It’s even worse when they put these labour hire recruitment agencies in between as well. Alot of the times they are sifting through alot of potentially good applications and just keeping the so called perfect ones. Dealing with too many fucken jockeys and not the horses
