TX is a right to work state so you are NEVER guaranteed a job/benefits unless you have a written contract. Since your job was in TX, TX law governs the labor law. Since TX is right to work it will be hard to prove that anything done was illegal unless it was done in retailiation for illegal reasons. (ie retailiated against because of using FMLA leave, etc) Also the 10k bonus plan is just that a bonus plan, unless you meet all the qualifactions for getting the 10k then they of course don’t need to pay you, and again unless there was a contract they can cancel any plan they choose.

go down and get a court waiver of cost for custody and ask question to the clerk which form to fill. paralegal might help to. check the FAQ of family law for your state. and a writing statement that the mother doesn’t want the child to care for any more.
