    Hello Carly:

Your best bet is to use your old W-2's (from your tax returns) to piece together the dates. Approximate dates (month & year) are okay for prospective employers. They won't be able to verify with anyone at Bennigan's anyway, since they're out of business. If it was more than 3 years ago, your references aren't going to include any of those people either, unless you still work with some of those people at other places, since leaving Bennigans.

Also, the Social Security administration would have the dates of Bennigan's contributions to your SS accounts. You can request a copy of the contributions report from Social Security under the social security number used for those earnings.

    Good luck in your search.
