In employment law- can you still bring a case 5mths after because the HSE as been dragging their heels?
The Health and Safety Executive has dragged their heels in their investigations and I've just been told there is a 3 mth time limit.
Can I have it extended as the Government has been sloppy in their investigations?
I'm afraid that's not enough information. What are you proposing to 'bring a case' for? What is your cause of action and when did it arise?
the answer to the second part of your question is "no"
EDIT:
I've just realised that it's you again, asking Version 17 of the same question. See my answer to version 16 and all the ones before.

Can you cover the plants with a tarp or something before it rains so the rain is
directed away from the garden. Raised beds can be helpful, but maybe next year on that.
