Should I claim my misdemeanor?

I have a marijuana related misdemeanor in North Dakota which will be sealed in October of this year. I live in Indiana and am trying to get employment at a hospital. I know they'll frown on it if I claim it, but I don't want to lie in the event that they'd run a background check on me. Marijuana laws are governed by state, so I'm not even sure it would show up on a background check here. Does anyone know for sure? Or is there any way for me to check out my own criminal history(preferably for free)?

A misdemaenor as a juvenile would not show on a background check, apparently you will soon be 18 and the record will be sealed, it will not show on a check.~
